Your body, silhouetted against early dawn,
wrapped only in a blanket, taken from our bed..
Your breath writing whispers on the breeze
as you gaze out on a new Fall morning.....

Awakening to this sight of you, enchants me,
my mind muses quickly back to our night..
Filled with movements of impassioned lovers,
danced in the light of a full Fall moon.....

Walking in crisp air, the sunset shades of orange,
holding hands, hearing the crunch of leaves..
Finding solace just being together at last,
balance found on an early Fall evening.....

Held within warm arms, safe to feel love now,
two hearts beating, as if there is only one..
Looking deeply within loves eyes, seeing us,
no chills felt from the cool blustery Fall wind....

If only this could last forever and beyond,
your silhouette never far from my sight..
Holding tightly to these morning moments,
as slowly slips away this Lovers Fall.....
